The Not Cracker is a postmodern kids' show. It is a full length performance for 10 year olds and up and their families.

Ruminating on the meaning of Christmas, the meaning of ruminating on the meaning of Christmas and the meaning of ruminating on the meaning of Christmas presents (futures and pasts).

It's a deconstruciton of previous Christmas stories and a reconstruction of a new one. It's chock full of Christmas dances, Christmas philosophy, Christmas disaster and the triumph of good over evil – whatever that means. It's a Christmas show for our age; a show about greed, double-crossing, backstabbing, dinnertime rows and angels treading where fools fear to tread.

The show is aimed at families – with plenty of stuff to keep the parents as well as the children amused, entertained and enlightened.
